The headlights are just regular smoked from American Muscle, they are the ones without the little orange dot.

is that with the stock foglight housings or smoked ones as well? I have smoked headlights and HIDS for the, but now the foglights look outdated and they are dim stock halogen bulbs..

^^ Has to be a ultra smoke clear type of headlight housing. I have DDM tuning 6k hids in my cobra headlights and they dont look like that.

They are just factory fog light housings. I would buy the smoked ones but I plan on buying a cobra bumper so I dont see a point

I just put some on my stang along with projectors and no warning lights also. I also went with 6k. I went with ebay. Lifetime warranty, got 2 sets of lights, as well as en extra pair of lights each so that when one does burn out I can swap it in and send the other off for replacement. I also got an extra ballast just in case but have not had any issues. I went with the black projectors just because I wanted to keep a mainly black light like my smoked lights were, but I still get a full output with out any reduction.

it has to do with the location of the ballasts. I put mine behind my battery and by my intake and have no problems.

ehhh inconclusive. Are you talking for your headlights or fog lights?

it could be either, the ballasts for the hids is the same no matter the light. The ballasts are very "noisey" electronically and put out a fairly strong magnetic signal when turned on that can interfear with sensors. Mounted behind all the lead of the battery though they are not that big of a deal.
