Put in a quick email to Santa for some Mystic paint money... lol

Great find man... I really wanna find a terminator mystic, Ive only seen one and it was in Florida on a military base near Cocoa Beach. Then my set will be complete because I have a Fox, just got my 94 SN95 and need a terminator to top it off.

Nice find!

I've got an idea. I thought House of Kolor or some other paint brand makes a cheaper version of the Mystic style paint. Perhaps you could save a bit of money by having a body shop blend the panels with the cheaper paint and re-clear? Since the paint is aged it might actually work out... Just throwing out ideas if you cant afford to get it respraying in the "true" mystic color.

Regardless, very nice find. Does it run well? Miles?

thats why we wanted to respray.. and mystic is expensive like everyones said haha

I know... I was saying that for the people above wondering if you could somehow repair the paint.

Believe me, I know all about Ford's expensive paints from the mid 90s... I have a Rio Red Cobra that has clearcoat that failed just like yours.

Ford's clearcoat on the early sn95's are not great. I had to put a lot of polishing hours to get the oxidation, acid rain drops out etc. It looks 90% great, but that 10% still shows it age.

Any quality paint job is expensive my fox paint job cost me 7k but they did all the body filling after I welded up and smoothed my engine bay and it was a full color swap doors jambs and all that. I payed for show quality and that was the end result. Leave it mystic drive it te way it is till you can afford to paint properly. I did get 2 hoods painted with my car as well cowel and factory.
