fox IAT sensor

anyone know the thread size needed to tap a hole for the metal body IAT sensor? pretty sure somewhere along the line I was told it was a 5/8 - 18 which now after spending the past week getting the drill bit, tap wrench and tap I can say that it is JUST a little bit too small...

It's either 3/8 npt or 1/2 npt.

it was 3/8" npt in the end which is the same hole size but just SLIGHTLY(thankfully for me) smaller threads. Honestly dude I just hate to bother one specific person with trivial stuff like this and thought it would be an easy answer
