Stupid question but these will work on my 94 correct? I was looking at work and a fox chain and gears is like 35bucks were as a sn95 one is closer to 80

Yep.

Gears and chain will fit just fine.

SN95's have a "silent" timing chain...my guess is that is why it is another $50 more. The fox chain is actually better and stronger than the SN chain.

I used a Fox chain when I installed my heads.

Not totally true, my 94 had a roller chain and my buddys 95 had the plate style chain.

I know one or the other is a factory F up but i have seen both styles in these years. And we both owned our cars since they were 5 years old and 100% untouched motors.

Interesting..

First I have ever heard of that..they must have changed it in late 94 for the 95 model.

Thanks guys. I thought it was funny that a double roller was cheaper than the single of the sn95
