So last time this was talked about was 2014 and I have been trouble finding a straight answer. I'm not too concerned about my cable rn, though it is a bit loose and getting older. I wanna have an idea in place just in case (plus I like starting convos and poking brains). I'm trying to see how to make a foxbody cable work on a sn95 throttle system, and what is needed in order to do so the right way

you would need the fox body upper intake on the car, and the fox body cable but pretty sure that is it. I know people say that they think the throttle response is better after swapping but I think that is just them convincing themselves that the time spent made it faster even though the car performs the same if they measure it.

Oh wow so there's a little bit more to it than just slapping a throttle cable on the existing setup. With these 5.0s, I mean like you said it may seem like it but in reality I dont think it really improves throttle response either. It may seem snappier ‍♂️
