Hello, so I've had my first mustang for a while now. Just sitting there, waiting for love. Finally getting around to the project. It's a 2000 v6 5 speed with a horrible thumping knock. I'm planning to swap to a 5.4 2v. I've done some research already and I decided to come here to gather any more useful information that you would like to lend me. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Yea, some of us here poke in and out. Welcome along. Your project idea is a good one....slightly hindered with a v6 model, but all still do able.
