Front tow hook

I saw an sn95 with a front tow hook awhile back in a magazine I was reading. Does anyone have one on their sn95 and if so where did you get it? I found a few sites that make them for bmw's, audi etc. but could not find one made for a stang.

Why do you need a tow hook? Does your car break that much?

i think he wants one for looks or if he races he'll have them just in case he goes off the track or something like that

When I go off track in my racecar, they either tow me with a strap around the rollcage, or I have small hooks welded under more core support.

Besides, I doubt he is road racing.

If you go on a trackday at our local circuit, you have to have a front toweye for that reason, to drag you out if you cock up. [get it wrong]
I assume everyone backs it in to the armco barrier, as they never mention having to have a rear mounted tow eye.

Thats what i told the track marshal about the front eye, if its in that deep your past worrying about it. :rollinglaugh:

It is for my buddies road race car. His car had broken down at the local track and it was a pain getting his car back onto the trailer, which had a winch. Having a front tow hook would have been very beneficial at the moment. He can careless whether it looks "LAME" or not, his road race car is not in it for the looks. I guess we'll just have some tabs welded on at the front chassis.

If the car has a winch, just wrap it around the k-member - what is so hard about that?
