Fuel pump not Priming?

Hey, guys been having an issue. Recently finished an HCI on my 95 gt. it started up fine, idled fine, sounded great. I turned it off to clean up my mess of tools, and gasket boxes, and when I tried starting it again... The pump wouldn't prime. Just a clicking coming from either my CCRM, or somewhere around there. So, I started searching. Changed the Ignition Control switch, checked fuses, made sure I was getting power to the pump, the inertia switch. Then I went to the connector for the CCRM. I am not getting power to pin 8. Which is what I believe to be the one to the EEC. Pin ten isn't getting power. Pin 18 reads .33. Pins 3 and 11 read out 12v, pins 17 and 18 also read .33. And 24 reads 2.34. I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to electrical problems. If anyone out there can offer up some help I'd be eternally grateful.

So when you turn on the key (but not try and start the car) do you hear the pump hum? If not, then either the pump is bad, or it's not getting power. The first thing I'd check is the fuel pump relay at the CCRM.

I checked the fuel pump. It's completely new. I went and bought another one just to rule that out. But yeah, when I turn the key, the fuel pump doesn't hum. Just a tick coming from either the CCRM or something near that.

I'd swap the relay at the CCRM also just to rule that out as well.

I concur.
As above, the FP relay is inside the CCRM.

That's not the lay out for a 95gt on the above pic..
Make sure all your plugs are fully plugged in.. I had a similar issue with my fan.. 3 ccrms later turns out it was a plug that was not fully plugged in over heated and melted..

before you tear into it, check your grounds. Sounds like your CCRM isnt getting a strong enough ground to fully flip the relays. Had the *exact* same problem on my cobra.

Put a great big solid ground on the engine harness and it started right up.
