Full conversion from v6 to v8

Well.....it's finally done. If it wasn't for the rain it would have only taken us 4 days to do it. We converted the car from a 98 automatic v6 to v8 maual. Here are some pics. I'm sorry if they suck I took them with my phone :dancing6:

Did you guys throw a 4.6 NPI in there?


big upgrade over a single port 3.8 but damn...you should have really threw some Pi heads,cams, intake and a set of long tubes on there while you were at it.


you would have like 260 rwhp instead of 180

You can. I sold a running/driving/wrecked in the back '97 GT that my GF messed up for $1,000. It's now a mach up car for B&G to make their 4.6 kits with, but had someone with a V6 bought it it would have had everything necessary to convert to a V8 5spd for just a grand. Could have also sold other parts off of the car plus the V6 stuff to recoup most of your money... all in all you could convert to a 4.6 and have under $500 in the whole converson.
