So yesterday I dropped my car off to get it aligned after putting in my MM CC plates and my fiance and I started our road trip in her 05 Expedition. Now we live in the Bel Air area of MD and we were headed up to Pitsburg, which is a 5 hour ride(one way) to go and pick up this Micro Mini pig (dont ask :angry7:). Our GPS took us through the Apalachian mountains up rt 70 I think. It was about 200 miles of twisting highway, 3 or 4 tunnels that went right through the middle of mountains, and all I coud think about was how much fun this would be in the GT on a sunny day. So now that my car is aligned and tires are on the way, I'm really itching to get out and drive on some fun and challenging roads. Does anyone have any suggestions on their favorites in the MD, Pa, De areas? There's no way I'm driving another 5 hours to that same road unless its planned in advance and with a crew of stangs. I would also like it to not be a "Highway" , mainly looking for backroads or actual popular roads that are used by corner carvers.
