Funny sound when starting her cold...

Guess what .. I tested the starter tonight on my workbench and after the 1st whirl the same sound came out of it .. SO I KNOW IT'S THE STARTER.
FOR SURE..

Now shopping for the best price around for a rebuilt one.

The saga has ended ...

Got a rebuilt one for 115$ (canadian) and 1 year warranty.
Got all 3 bolts back in !!! Including the one on top .. was easier that I thought .. taped the bolt to my swivel socket and that was it .. slipped right in and bolted everything back ...

STARTS like a beauty now !
