from a 1996 Cobra. will it work in my 1998 GT without modification? i need to know, because i am coming into some money to fix my mustang. any advice on the subject would be good, my budget is 500 - 600 bucks. let me know what i could possibly do to either:
A: fix my current transmission. (the shifting gear is stuck in 4th gear, but i can move the gear shifter to all the seperate gears. it doesn't even have neutral. i have to hold the clutch to keep the car at idle at a standstill)
B: replace my transmission. i found a possible tranny, if the guy still has it.
any help would be appreciated.
