I had a guy a few years ago start talking crap to me after he thought I would not be able to find him, after scamming me on a set of wheels. It is absolutely amazing how politely they will ask you not to call them at their mothers house after calling me every name in the book in the previous conversation. Emailed him an satalite pic of his house, corrected the states address for him as they were wanting to find him to deliver 6 photo-tickets and ended up getting all my money back.

Do a quick search and see if they are waiting to deliver any tickets to him, its funny what is public record.....

again it was all the power of google, and repeated searches. Managed to find out what county he was in, then narrowed it down to city/neighborhood/ect. Just kept doing searches until I found out that his aunt was really really good at keeping the family tree updated online. AFter that it was only a matter of time to figure out that she was twice divorced living under the last ex-husbands name and he lived with her.
