Well, insurance still hasn't gotten back(they said 2 weeks from appraisal date, Sept. 15 at the latest) But they apparently can't fix the one rim on my car and the rims are discontinued sadly. Anyways, I'm not sure what rims to get for it. I'm looking at either A) FR500s B) SVE 10th anniverseries or C) Getting another pair of termys. Here is my car with the current rims(not smashed up of course). Give me some input, good or bad and anything in between with would would look good with my car. They are probably going to total my car and I will buy it back, repaint the whole thing and get my new black beauty headlights and my S281 spoiler too. Talks with my parents to let me use our engine hoist again this winter to install a tubular front end are in the works too

**Rims MUST be 18x9, I will be re-using my currents tires on them**

I love the rims on it because of the black inserts they have between the rims, AFS doesn't make them like that anymore and I have only seen 1 other car with these exact rims and he wasn't selling :'(. I probably wouldn't sell the other 3, as the other on the driver side has bad curb rash from the accident as well (Insurance said that one IS fixable) and the pass. rear rim has LOTS of curb rash from being learning how to drive standard and how to drive in general at the same time :S. The only rim on the car that is passable is the pass. front, even that one as a few scratches and the coating is flaking on it.

Since all your rims are in such bad shape anyways I don't see why you'd want to buy one to replace the busted one. Take a look at other yellow cars and see what you like.

i think 18" black FR-500's would look good with your black/yellow theme.
I was actually looking at black chrome ones, But finding pictures of yellow stangs like mine with rims that aren't bullits or Cobra R's is hard. Onyx, that's what I'm doing thus this thread lol. If they can fix that one rim, great, I'd get the 2 covered under insurance and flip the bill on the other 2 and have 4 nice rims again. I made this thread to see what other people think would look good, I would rather get input now then regret it later :).

EDIT: Ok this looks bada$$, maybe I should go for a Faleen look :p. Someone actually did a photochop last year of my car with saleens, looked decent...

Every time I've seen chrome Saleens on a yellow Stang I have liked it. Black chrome would look good also especially with other dark accents.

My opinion is 18" Anthracite 10th annis or black FR500s or silver FR500s.
Uhmmm, anthracite 10th annis might look good, I think i'm going to do some photochop on that. I did a rough chop with black FR500s and don't like the chrome rim on the edge, doesn't match the rest of the car. I'm narrowing it down to A)Black chrome FR500 B)Anthracite 10th anny C) Chrome Saleens.

IMHO the 10th annis are too busy to be black. They just sort of fade away if you know what I mean. Between those three choices, I personally would go with the 10th annis. Never been a huge fan of saleens and black chome does nothing for me.

Anthracite deepdish fr500's by far would look the sickest. Run that 17X10.5 inch rim out back with some 315 DR's and some lowering springs and she'll be sittin pretty!

CHROME SALEENS to keep it looking sharp. black wheels on a yellow car is cheesy looking. Anthracite just wouldnt look right. With the "odd" colors like yellows and green, chrome wheels always make it look good. And Saleens are just sexy wheels in general.
