I'm looking into buying pistons now, what would you guys say a good compression ratio is for a 175-200hp shot of nitrous? Looking to hear from actual nitrous users. I know it's realy easy to read some book that has ideas, but coming from real drivers means more to me. I know it needs to be lower, but where's a good place to start?

Well... what compression depends on what you have planned in the future. Are you staying N/A or will you be adding boost later. If your plan is to stay N/A then up the compression 10:1 - 11.1, just remember youll need to pull a bit more timing with higher compression ratios. If you plan on boost later drop the compression a bit, she wont be as quick in this form off the juice w/ no boost but will be fine on the bottle. Once you add the boost youll have the best of both worlds. lol
IMO if you plan on using N2O as your primary power adder youd be better of with running higher compression. This way when your not on the juice the motor can squeeze a little more power in N/A form.
I guess what Im really trying to say here is N2O will work fine either way you go, you just need to decide exactly what your plan is for the future and adjust accordingly.

It will be staying NA unless on its on the bottle. So 10:1 will be fine unless I want to use the bottle then the timing needs to be bumped. Or I can run a little lower and not have to worry about the timing and still be on the bottle. So like 9-9.5:1 is alright?

If your staying N/A then up the compression as you will get the added benifit from the bump in compression when not on the bottle. As a rule of thumb retard yor timing 2* every 50hp of juice along with a colder plug and tighter gap.
