A major issue right now...its all about whats cheaper and its hurting the compaines that do support our hobby. I'll admit I bought replica saleens but will never do that again. From now on I'm buying the real deal.

They dont even know what drag racing is over there, do they even have educated engineers, let alone colleges?
Excellent read - good find Matt. It remindes me of a quote: "the bitterness of poor quality stays long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten."
This is true, but until we are willing to pay more for the things we love, we just have to deal with labor moving overseas
It's more than just labor. America has a too many people with they're finger in the pie - so to speak. There are too many "requirements" to run a business here, that drives the price up more than actual labor cost, though that is a factor. Plus everyone is so dam sue happy, it boggs down everything too.
You can say good bye to manufacturing in America...its gone. Specialty products like candles for instance will remain to be made here but anything computer controlled and can be copied is overseas.
