Got on a dyno today!

Ok before i go and post my hp read out, i'd to see some people guess what my setup did today. It was on a mobile SAE corrected dynojet, at my jobs parking lot, and the temperature was 88 degrees and also the car was very cold from sitting for 4-5 hours. My setup is as follows;
-Svo/cobra intake manifolds /no porting
-edelbrock #60329 cylinder heads no port work
- stock cam w/ 1.7 ratio trickflow rocker arms
-shorty headers
-70mm throttle body
- x-pipe
- no a/c or smog equipment
- t5
- 24 lb injectors/ pro-m maf
- spectre air filter
-aeromotive fpr
-everything else is stock replacement or stock

Take a guess and until someone hits it right on the head, ill post the pic of my dyno sheet.

yeah, the number are good and really surprised the hell out of me lol.

Im gonna go out on a limb here and say that your hp and torques numbers were the same at 5252 rpms. Sarcasm aside, Im gonna guess 315. Im guessing that peak hp was made below 5500, so Ill use that number for both hp and torque

You right about the peak hitting at around 5500 and also the hp and tq were around at some point 5250 lol.
BUT, you giving me too much credit on the hp levels with a plain cobra intake and stock cam lol.

no tune
very similar to Rich V's number but higher

Wish it was more clearer but i made 280 hp/ 297 tq, i know its not that much compared to alot of other setups, but i still have a stock cam and a little cobra intake holding me back. I think when i get my holley intake manifold, maybe pullies, and some more timing ill be in the 300 spot.

Not bad at all. I don't think the intake is a bottleneck by far. Now change that bumpstick!!

Haha, yeah I'm going to do the bump stick when I get another short-block. This is my daily driver and my job wont give me any time off in the next 2 years. The holley intake will improve the peak to about 6k rpm hopefully and the ports are just way bigger.

so next dyno, ill have the intake and probably some pulleys just to make sure it makes over 300. Maybe even take it to get a dyno tune:cool:.

I think I had the closest guess...I should win something!

If I had more guesses, I would of got something to give away. Next dyno, I give out a mustang sweatshirt for the closest.

You should be in the 285-295 hp range, but it also depends if your bottom end still has good compression.
