Does anyone know what would be required to put one on my 95?

Probably just an adapter, and the wheel itself. I wouldn't do it though, because you'll be removing your airbag and cruise control. Just get an FR500 wheel and you get a nice wheel AND an airbag AND cruise control.

I just bought a Momo steering wheel with adapter for my notch. It is bitchin' and I love it.

And you will not be able to get an insurance company to insure a teenager in a car without an airbag, when one came standard on the car. A buddy of mine bought a sixer that had an aftermarket wheel, and when he tried to get insurance on it they wouldn't do it. He ended up selling it and buying a different car.
