GT40 Intake w/ AFPR

I put an Aeromotive FPR on the stock fuel lines and the bolt flange is right against the intake. Close enough that I had to grind off the corner. is this typical with GT40 intakes or do I need a differend fuel rail?

did you put it on with the intake already there, not sure on the others but i had to take off the upper intake of my edelbrock to put my aeromotive fuel pressure regulor on, i couldnt do it with the intake already there

I had the upper loose to get the regulator screws in, and the upper bolts wont line up now. I took the grinder to the corner and it still hits the edge.
