I would guess mid to low 14's. My buddy used to run low 13's though with a PI motor, 3.73's and long tubes. But there was something freakish about that car.

That what I'm guessing. I was only 2 car lengths behind a 2012 camaro ss auto with exhaust the other night. And I passed by a 01-04 gt cars as well.

Damn can't believe I waited this long for a v8 lol

You'll surprise yourself. Provided you are a good driver and can get around 2.0 60-ft, you'll should get about a 13.7@ 100mph at sea level on a nice day. If you run on a 100 degree day at 2000 ft elevation, you'll get a 14.6 at 96.

I downloaded an app lastnight to check to see what I might be around. Damp/dew cover road. Best in could do. Until it dried more and I found another road and I was able to cut my 60' down to a 2.5. but saw a trooper and shut it down

Looks pretty much on the money to me, on a non prepped surface without a tire.

1st night playing with it figuring out how it worked, end up with a 3.325 60' and a 1/4 time of 16.2 seconded....

Next run was a 3.543 60' but got to a 14.625 1/4mile at 94.09mph dampish. Lots of dew on Shep. Was able to get a 2.56 60' but not 1/4 time since I shut down due to seeing a cop

Next night

Started with a 3.509 60' with a 12.6 1000' and a 14.58 @99.68mph

Finished off with a 2.5(something) 60', 12.2 1000' and a 14.1 1/4 mile at 99.75mph

No burnouts, last best time was a launching at 2500rpm

And I know for a "fact" these GPS timers are so accurate lol

Dunno why Ryan was tagged but idk lol

And right where I was hoping the car would be.

Time for sticky tires lol

Was this from a roll?
I ask because the mph is way off for the ET. Especially the 1/8. The mph should be way lower with those elapsed times.

Can I ask. Are the guestimate times so high because hes new to manual? Or what?

For a normal GT with those mods(talking new edge), 13.7 is bang on. hell with stickier tires and a good driver you could probably dip into the 13.2 range. If not better really

Well everyone, i finally took the car to the track to get these guestimates something to stand on.

Last saturday, at Rock falls raceway, with a light prep which was test and tune, and on a 64 degree day

I was able to squeak off this leaving at 2300-2400 rpm and little to no tire spin. and left with 34psi in the tires

And I win. :whip2:
High 14s? I guess everyone didnt read that you are not non-pi anymore.

once you get more used to it and conditions go right you will pull the high 13s, dip into 14s all day.

good job man!

Thanks man yeah it's a great feeling to be able to pull off into the 13th with just a 2 valve. Butt the car itself was a V6 car and I swapped in a 2000 4.6pi Motor
