He may have burned OD out, or it was just effed up in some other way, but trust me, you can't take the OD band out. Even if you could, there would be no advantage in doing it. People go to C4's because they take less power to spin and there are more performace parts available.

At any rate, I would ignore him when it comes to telling you how to wire the thing. Did you ever snoop around on B&M's forums?

yea to get a set of instructions or whatever you have to give them the product number and a fax or copy of the receit... so no help there... i guess i'll figure it out somwhere
