I woke up Thursday morning to a phone call from Greg@Racers Edge Tuning. The shop had asked for a quote on detailing. I asked what kind of car and the response I got was "A Coyote Mustang Showcar"...... I told them I would have to drive over and see the car to give a quote.

I Arrive at RET to inspect the car and I see this custom painted car that was covered in dust and dirt. I looked over the car, wrote down my estimate, and Called the owner to talk over the options since the car was getting work done at RET (custom tuning). The 2011 Mustang GT was in need of a deep down cleaning to perfection.

After talking to the owner, we agreed on going on the car with a 1 step polish to remove any light swirls that were on the car and brighten up the paintwork. The car was going to a Photoshoot for a magazine and a car show on sunday so my time with the car was limited. We decided on a game plan and started the action. The owner requested that the car was washed and prepped using a waterless system so I planned accordingly.

The car arrived friday at noon and was picked up saturday night... This job took much longer than expected.

This was a fun but exhaust job at the same time. The results were impressive. Enjoy!!!

PS - I tried to get more pics of the claying and polishing but my camera battery died right after the wash.

I was listening to far east movement reading this thread. And for some reason it felt like I was looking at a stationary Vossen video. Bad ass as always Greg. If I was on that side of the country I'd be bringing you mine for a thorough detail when I finish my swap up.

I visited Joe Gosinski's (spelling?)shop, as a stop on the way down to the Knotts car show earlier this year, with Norcal SVTOA. Sad how it happened.

Great work as usual, Handz. The rear tires look a little stretched. How wide are the wheels back there?

Good job Handz, this is actually a CJ's sponsored car.

Just talked to Sal and he said the car look great!! Said after spending some serious time in the shop in was in need of a good loving and was really happy that you were able to get the over spray off the one light. The only shitty thing was that the photo shoot was canceled to bad weather.

Glad I wasn't the only one that noticed that. It really sticks out, and not in a good way. But that's just my opinion.

Handz, the detail looks awesome, as usual.
