So after about a month of hell i finally got my car drivable...(thanks fourm members) my car feels like it hits the rev limiter at about 4500 rpms, runs great otherwise. I have a mild cam ,trick flow intake, cai, bbk shortys, h pipe, 65mm tb. timing set at 14-15 and fuel pressure at 40, Im used to driving my 4.6 is that normal?? If not which i dont think it is what else could it be...Im thinking maybe more fuel??, maybe back down the timing?. any help would be great!

Thanks Ryan

Also where would i get a filler neck seal, local auto parts store have no clue what that even is...lol....Would that be a dealer aka "Steeler" item?

You might try retarding the timing back to 10* BTDC w/ spout connector removed and see the results. If good, go to 12*. 12* is about as far as I would go. You can burn up an engine with too much timing even if it sounds like it's fine.

May have to go with a special tune. If your extreme in 1 of the OEM ECM's parameters, it won't know what to do with it. :sad5:

Is the car used to being at high altitudes? You might need a tune for that reason alone....Or, you could try to reset the computer, so it can re-learn everything...
