Im getting the crane cam but it requires haudraulic roller lifters do our cars come with those type of lifters or do i have to replace them. Also i just got my gt-40 heads ported .30 over with aluminum valves, can i use the old push rods or do i need longers ones.

The Crane 2031 is a very tried-and-true cam with decent manners and good computer compatibility. For an intake, I'd recommend something on the small-ish side like a Cobra, GT40, or Edelbrock Performer. As far as pushrods go, you can get a pushrod checker from Summit and measure them yourself, but I'm sure a quick search on the Corral can get you a ballpark length pretty quickly. That combination should put you in the 270-280 rwhp range without too much trouble.

Anyway, is that cam going to put a problem with the lift being .512 and .529 on 1.6s? Like PTV clearance? I have been looking at this cam. Also how are the manners of his set up going to be until he got a tune?
