Those are what came with the car when I bought it. I'm not sure if I want to ditch them completely, or just keep them until I get the stockers. :dunno:

I did just buy new smoked Cobra fogs for mine. I can let the smoked ones go to you. Let me know. Your car looks very good though!!

I can't afford new wheels, but I'm thinking about painting my tri-bars this Thursday. I don't know whether I should go with gloss or keep going with the semi-flat black. Either way I think would look good, but I know a lot of people think flat/semi-flat on wheels is approaching the anti-Christ. I plan on keeping the lip either unpainted, or blue to match my calipers, again I don't know if this is a good or bad idea yet...

In the mean-time I just got a brand new camera in the family (my mom's birthday yesterday which I completely took advantage of.) Canon Rebel something or other. Really sweet camera.

Unfortunately you can see everything that is wrong with my car though...

And everything good about it. New tires FTW.

First thing on my list is side exhaust. Other than that Headlights/HID's are a must. I don't know how you guys can live without them. :wall: After that I have a huge list of chassis stiffening/suspension mods that I want. Then motor mods. Then interior mods. I just got my third job for the summer, which will significantly affect how much stuff I can get for the Stang. :coolsmiley:

Painting them today, hopefully. I'm not sure how much I'm supposed to mask off to keep it from being completely black. :dunno: I guess it's just a matter of style.

Lowering it is on the to-do list. Painting the wheels is also on the to-do list. Sideskirts... are definitely not. To me they look completely tacked on and completely disrupt the natural flow. I do plan on filling the holes, but don't expect to see sideskirts back on my car. :dunno:

What kind of shape are your skirts in? I'm to buy brand news ones on the 23rd from 50resto! Maybe we can work out a swap for my Borlas. Let me know! I'm shooting you a PM, too! See ya!!

Why does your car look lifted? It looks a lot higher then mine and mines not lowered. I would put lowering springs on first.

It probably looks "lifted" in the front because it has smaller than stock tires on it. I replaced the tires with the same size that were on before, but they were 235/30ZR17's so they are much smaller than 245/45ZR17's. I'm working on getting some springs that are supposed to lower the front/rear 1" all around. We'll see.

Still haven't gotten around to painting my wheels though, which I find very frustrating. I need to stop being so lazy. The whole having three jobs thing makes it a bit of a pain as well.

1 inch isnt that great, go 1.5 to 2 to really make a difference...especially since your running on short tires

Since I got a flat in the front (ran over a broken bottle and now I have 9 holes in my front right tire :nonono:) I'm going to get another pair of 245-45ZR17s for the front soon. The plan is still to get the race/lowering springs. I hope they make a decent difference. Only other changes in the near future is side exhaust which I'm finally paying for on Monday. Finally. Then I need a new right rear wheel bearing, so that is soon as well.
