I'm so close to having the heads off. But a buddy came over and pitched in the other day and went ahead and took out the bolts holding my longtubes onto the head while I was pulling and bagging the rockers. And now I can't get to the lower head bolts to remove them cause the longtubes are stuck right in the way of my socket.

Would you:
A) Disconnect the longtube to H-Pipe flanges to get the headers out of the way?
OR
B) Try to use a wrench with a cheater pipe to remove the lower head bolts?

I was really hoping to avoid any wrenching underneath the car, it's slammed so far on the ground I have to use two jacks to get it up in the air. Ugh.

What about putting a couple header bolts back in just to hold them to the heads, then pulling the head bolts out?
