where can i find a good pair of aftermarket headlights that actually fit? i got a pair from american muscle, but they don't fit right.

as long as they fit as close to stock as possible. that seems to be the hardest part. i just blew 200 on a pair of one piece lights that stick out 3/4 of an inch when they curve.

i tried the projectors cause it as all i could find that looked unique. everybody knows how common mustangs are... they're just that good.

lol like at the race track when some some guys remove the corner light or whole headlight, depending on model, so "more" air can reach the filter, looks so dumb.

I have a pair of Cobra-style headlights I got on eBay (dirt cheap, too) made by a company called DEPO. They fit pretty well, but you may wind up having to adjust them a little to get them to fit flush in there. On the plus side, doing so is fairly simple on these, since they use the exact same mounting hardware as the stock 'stang headlights.

Oddly enough, they fit my car better than my co-worker's genuine Cobra headlights fit his genuine Cobra. His stick out pretty far, and look kind of silly that way. Don't tell him I said so, though...
