just did the cylinder balance test and #6 and #7 failed so now im definite on the miss or at least why it runs like absolute shit. i cleaned up the plugs and threw 2 new wires on them and the plugs are black within about 10-15 min of idling

No miss ! But now i think ive got another problem.. I had the car running back to normal like i never touched it, it gave me ZERO problems.. Untill i went to go start it again. I parked it for about a half hour and it just didnt run right it didnt have to much throttle response and kept hesitating and felt like it was bucking when i hit the gas pedal real bad to the point where it just shut off in the middle of the road and wouldnt start again. Im lost on this i need your guys help !!!!

That's typical of a bad Distributor. I have a stock remaned in mine. No problems for 3 years now but I did go through 3 before I got a good one. ck for shaft play (no homo) on your current one then the replacement.
Summit has a decent price on their billit dizzy, I've bad things about MSD stuff lately.
Set the engine to TDC before you remove the dizzy, then stab in the replacement with the rotor pointing to #1, then set timing as usual with spout removed.

I replaced the distrib. With a motorcraft one before this happened. When I'm getting it at cyl#1 tdc compression am I supposed to point the rotor towards cyl #1 with the ignition wire towards 1 also ? Because I've been doing that but I've also seen stock gts with the #1 more towards the front of the upper intake..

as long as the rotor is pointing at #1 plug wire.
the dizzy can spin all of the way around, the only thing that matters is is the rotor is pointing at #1.

you can here the fuel pmp prime when you first turn the key, right?
After that the signal from the dizzy is also what keeps the FP running after the initial turn of the key.
Again. that system also points to a bad dizzy.

It might be the fuel pump but I really think it's the dizzy.
Fuel pressure should be 38-42 psi with the vacuum removed from the regulator.
Did you get any kind of warrenty with the dizzy?

im gonna go to the shop tomorrow and see if they will let me return the dizzy. i just ordered a brand new one so now well see how that goes ! i really feel its the dizzy too because thats the only thing i touched while advancing the timing and all these problems sound like it all leads to it also.
