What are some "not too expensive" mods to make my 95 gt faster. It's stock besides a catback. For a few hundred dollars what's the best way to make it faster??

stickers, rusty hood, flat black paint, candy colored wheels, fake BOV and really big wheels. If you can up the budget then 2 18 inch subs in the trunk will be awesome for speed.

Once that's done boil it, let it steam, add sugar and butter and hand it to a Chinese 16 year old.

for a couple hundred bucks gears is definitely the best option, like Ry said nitrous too but some people don't like that route. You need gears though.

I am almost afraid to ask, but what is the difference between 4:10 and 3:73 Gears. I am still learning, lol.

what are you going to be using the car for most of the time?
super charger, turbo, nitrous in the future?
There's not much difference.
4:10 will be great out of the hole but lose some on the top end.
3:73 is a good all around gear but you'll still lose a lot of top end compared to the stock gears you have in there now.
Gas milage shouldn't suffer much for hwy driving because now the rpm's are in the sweet spot for the quick burst around the slow honda squating in the left lane.

They are just different ratio in your rearend. I'm pretty sure I'm getting this right, but if I'm not, someone jump in and correct me. With 4.10s, everytime your driveshaft makes one spin, your tires will make 4.10 spins. With 3.73s, your wheels spin 3.73 times to every one driveshaft rotation.

ya got it backwards
the ds. rotates 3.73 times for every rotation of the wheel, aka: 3.73:1

the ds would spin faster with 4:10's that with 3:73's. also you'd have to shift sooner with the 4:10's too.

Well i plan on dropping a 351 or something along those lines in it, with further plans of Twin turbos, or a supercharger. I want to keep the car streetable, but also something i can take to the strip and have fun.
