he is normally pretty quick about turning things around but it can also get held up in customs. I would send a note myself though.

I did send an email. I went to my local post office and spoke with their supervisor over the phone twice to try to locate it. They *do* know that it exists somewhere but they have no idea where it is.. the guys at redlinegoods told me the package is insured but USPS told me the package is not insured. Which sucks.

So my package went missing in the mail. Currently working with Redline Goods to resolve this.
