just got this... is there any "special" way to install this

don't want to break/damage anything

anyone know of a how to, or have personal experience

pop the old one out. undue the screws that hold the switches in. rescrew switched into the new panel. pop back into place

the post important part is to take it out correctly from now on. Most poeple pull the entire clip over rather then pulling out.
