Help with muffler selection

Check the bay of e's... It can't hurt! All you need are muffler dimensions and exhaust openings and you can use any muffler. It doesn't have to be year specific or even Mustang specific. Hell I'm sure my mufflers were never intended to go on a Mustang

As far as fitment goes with the mac, yes I have fitment problems but I blame the previous owner because when they split from the y pipe they put the mufflers at a bad angle. One of my tail pipes sticks out about 1.5" farther on the passenger side and the driver side hits the shock sometimes. Like I said though, I feel the installer screwed that up.

I think it was like 200 bucks for the pair..just had them welded in, sounded awesome, quiet when cruising and idle and got rated highest for power in some muffler test I read a while ago.

You'll need something chambered to keep it from sounding too raspy.
