Help with stalling and bogging 4.6!!!

Hey guys..I just rebuilt my 97 gt 5spd. I put in comp cams 262 the stage 1's. Also did full exhaust while i was at it. other than that it has no mods. Before the rebuild the car at idle would be jumpy and seem like it wanted to stall but never did. Now after the rebuild i am getting the same jumpy idle once in a while and while sitting at a red light will stall on occasion. It through the code p1443. I did some research and found out that it could either be the evap purge valve or IAC valve. Beings i had a jumpy idle and stalling issues i replaced the IAC but that did not seem to help. I only seem to have this problem when the car has been running for 10 minutes or so. Also when i go to take off when i first start the car it wants to fall flat on it's face and boggs, but again, not all the time. Would the evap purge valve cause the issues i am having or am i facing some other issue? Again, i am not having this issue all the time. THe car will start up 80% of the time and run perfectly but after a while of driving and coming to a stop, the idle goes crazy and stalls out. thanks in advance and sorry for the story book lol.

First thing i thought was IAC but if you did not get a tune after the cam install thats probably your issue. I ran those cams for about a week and it would stall at lights until i had a dyno tune.

Would it stall all the time? Reason i ask is because my issue in inconsistent. Sometimes the idle holds and others just jumps around and stalls. It's ok cause its a 5spd but it's getting annoying and i have other people drive my car on occasion and dont feel safe letting them as it is.

my car does the same things, but only when its cold.. when it gets warm it'll just kinda out of nowhere just feel like i hit the throttle and run normal
