Does anyone know if the bulbs that go in the factory GT foglights are the same as what would go into Cobra fog lights? I want to do HID's now but I dont want to have to swap bulbs twice..

its the same as the 98 cobra fog lights. i think only the 03/04 had a different fog light bulb

I'm not really understanding what you've asked. I will type what I think you are saying. I have stock GT fog lights, 893 bulbs. I am switching to Cobra lights though. They require the same bulbs. They are 893 bulbs. I have a HID conversion kit for my headlights. I just bought the 4300K 893 HID bulbs for the fogs though. They seem just as bright as the HL's.
The 03/04 has 899 bulbs. Just about the same, but it connects different. They all have the same size lights, just connects different. Hope that answered ya!

K I think you answered my ?. I havent got the HID's for the fogs yet due to the fact I am going to swap to cobra fogs when I get the bumper.. Just wanted to make sure that they were the same number..

Here's a pic of my lights now. Please note, the pass side has sucked since I've had it out in! I will be replacing it all with a vvme.com kit. That will just be 3-6 months.
