I got my kit off of ebay, sk-tuning I think was the name? good prices, lifetime warrenty and when I told him I wanted headlight/fogs in a pm he cut me a deal on the package that was cheaper then DDM. Ballasts are small enough to hide behind the battery and beside the intake.
