High Idle after warming up

My car starts up fine and idles great just before I pull it out of my garage. My problem is, when after I run the car for about 5 miles or so, once the RPM's go above 2K and I kick it in neutral, the RPM's dont come back down. I'll come to a stop sign/light and the motor will still be at 2k rpms. The only way the RPM's come back down to normal is when I shift to a higher gear and dont go past 2k rpms. Im thinking maybe my IAC or TPS?

Could be either or both. Have you pulled any codes or tested the TPS signal voltage?
