I'm assuming it's a throwout bearing, but none of the sounds on youtube sound like mine. I searched throw out bearing on here and didn't get anything too great. So figured I'd post something. The noise is a hissing that happens only when the clutch is let out. If I press it in, the noise goes away. It sometimes goes away once the car is warm.

I assume it's your throw out bearing . The only other noises I've heard usually sounds like rocks sloshing around Inside the trans . Or when when I shattered my clutch disc when my pressure plate broke in 4 spots well that sounded like 40oz bottle smashing inside my trans

Most likely the TOB. When you put pressure on the pedal, the TOB has a load on it from the pressure plate and the noise goes away.
