To everyone who has been following my project I have to apologize for not updating in such a long time.
Unfortunately my daily driver has taken a shit and needs to be fixed, and I have been busy the last 4 days working on improving the garage so I can properly paint the car, It has been exhausting and way more time consuming than I ever thought it would be. I have been waiting on my tuner to actually work with me on base tuning my car, but he has been to busy.
I get very frustrated when I need to wait on others to make progress, an sadly that has been the case lately. I was able to get some things done however...
The sides of the car are in final prime and can be painted after I wet sand them.
And as a glimpse into the future, this is the underside of my hood, painted in Standox 16151 (deep black). This is the color my car will be.

I don't think you can really get the paint as flat with a DA like they are using, as you could hand blocking, but you can certainly can do it quicker this way. I did my paint by hand of course.

Well folks, happy to say I will have some pics for you tomorrow... Haha! After blowing both headgaskets and doing the good ole' run around trying to get the car tuned and aligned AND inspected...
