Do you have a repair/shop manual on this car? If not, they are full of info like this. May have to Google to get this info as I sure don't know.
The spec is gonna read something like "150 or 180 psi or something and the lowest cylinder within 8 to 10% of the others". Yea, seems kinda vague I know.

Be sure when you do a comp. check to remove all the plugs, spin the starter a good 8 to 10 seconds for each cylinder test, test each cylinder 3 times and take an average.

so i checked 4 cylinders, the driver side two of them were 110 psi one was 120 and one was 135, i've been reading up on it and it said they should be max 15psi between them so that mean this isnt good so far

starting the car up every so often really isnt good for it

ideally you would treat the fuel, fog the cylinders, seal the intake and exhaust, drain your coolant and fill with distilled water and antifreeze, put a battery maintainer on it and before you start it back up you would change the oil and flush with 1-2 quarts to try and remove any condensation or build up of any kind, then of course put a new filter on and fill it back up with oil

while the car is running you spray fogging oil either in a vacume line or in front of the TB (should be a port on your intake for a vacume line, stick the strw in there and spray like crazy) once the car starts to smoke a lil go ahead and have someone kill the engine while your spraying, then just remove the plugs one by one and give it a good 2 second blast minimum, a lot of guys go longer

this basically just coats everything in a protective film until next start up but like i said, dont forget to change the oil before you start it up and dont leave a battery sitting for more than a week or two, its not good for them at all and can knock years off of a batteries lifetime

well the oil pressure drop is more then likely because you were low on oil and at 5k that pump is moving some oil and it was more then likely sucking the pan dry... filler up and you should be good... and yea that compression isnt good... mine with 230k on it still has between 120-130 runs strong.... good luck with it!!!

i'm thinking its the oil coolers fault, i never had problems b4 but now i do so im going to take it off and check this all again, that and i might put a better oil pressure gauge cuz (L normal H) is a crappy gauge
