spent yesterday repairing the damage done in shipping to the paint and bezel to have them ready for primer/paint/smoking/clear last night. Spent my evening with the resperator on to have them done by this morning. I awoke this morning and was afraid that I smoked them too much as the lenses are basically black with only a slight red tinge to them. the clear needs to be wet-sanded and polished before I show pics of it but here is what the light out of it will look like. Think its bright enough?
That is just the tail-light as well, check out the brake/tail light and the back of it here.
finally figured out my brake light problem, was a dirty multi-function/hazzard switch. The lights mounted up just like they did in stock form and fit the lines perfectly. The new pics I took were with a real camera rather then my camera phone and it seems to make the leds look darker then they are as the led side both the tail and brake lights are brighter then the stock lights are. Now I just need to do the pass side the same way and order some sequencers. I was thinking I will have them sequence from top/bottom so that when I push the brake the top lights all the way across will light up. Should I go top/bottom or bottom/top? New pics are up, whatcha think now? Good or bad I am fine with it, constructive critisism never hurt anyone....
