Hey guys, I have a holley systemax intake with a one inch spacer, and I can't get my srut tower brace to clear the intake/throttle body. I also have a Cervinis Cobra R 2000 hood, so I don't know how much more clearance I have under it. Has anybody else had this and figured out a solution to it, or is there one I can buy that would clear it? Thanks

Are you trying to reuse the stock Ford brace?

My 1995 had a stock strut tower brace from Ford, when I installed the GT40 it did not fit as the stock one is designed specifically for the stock manifold.

I bought a MM brace, fit perfectly. :thumb:

From the Stangsuspension.com description of the Maximum Motorsports strut tower brace.
Our strut tower brace allows the use of all popular intake manifolds because no part of the brace passes over the top of the intake manifold.

So yeah it'll fit.

Or, if your good at fabricating stuff, you can make your own using your stock one as a starting point. Like me.
