how do cobra fogs mount?

Anyone know how they mount?

Im confused cause my bumper just has a hole for them and nothing else...

the bracket doesnt look like it mounts anywhere.

On my cobra foglights I had to bend the bracket at a right angle I believe to make them fit. I think the actual bumper (not bumper comver) on a cobra is slightly different but I made mine fit. I does suck buying a new part then having to bend it to make it fit.
