How many miles should I be getting on my 94 GT, with a full tank of gas, city miles. The car only has a cold air intake, h-pipe (no cats) and some flows. Car also sounds like it has a small cam. I won't know for sure until I tear down th engine.

I've done 2 full tanks on both of my driving! In town, I was @ 16 MPG. On the highway, I was @ 25.3. My car is completely stock under the hood except for a K&N filter and a smog delete! For exhaust, it's running no cats to racing 1 chambered mufflers. Hope this helps!

I usually never fill up in my town. So it's a mostly highway miles with some town driving too. It's always between 17 & 19. I just thought of that!

I get about 20MPG with a 50/50 mix of city highway. I don't drive for economy so I don't know how much more MPG I could be getting. I've got a 5spd with a 3.73 and 179K miles.

I got 19.5mpg on my last tank. Its the 5.0L and a 5 speed. Im doing even better being this tank as I'm keeping the RPMs below 2k. I have the stock 2.73s.

Im running 3.73's but I dont know what my MPG is at. After my basic tune up on the car and the dyno tune is done then I'll figure it out.

So if I upgraded from the stock 2.73's to 3.73s I'd get better mileage in the city? I dont care that much for highway driving as I always drive in the city, commuting to work/school.

No, usually the taller the gear, the more RPM's it spins; which drinks more fuel.
