running the A/C or heater JUST to make your car sound cammed somewhat? :dontknow:

I am. It sounds good and louder with the A/C on.

Anyone know Why the a/c makes your car louder and changes the idle?

The Air compressor clutch locks there for running the a/c there for puts strain on the motor dropping the rpm's( (Giving you this sound) If you want more of a cam sound unplug the MAF sencor and see how you like it. :thumbsup:

Get a real cam . I honestly never noticed the noise, just that it drips condensation when the car is off. My car gets 1mpg worse with the A/C on. I'll take a 1mpg plunge to 18 from 19 just to be comfy inside my car .

lol i did that a few times in my old 4banger auto (like literally twice maybe; those two times i was stuck at a light on a hill), it was pretty gay, plus i could tell the trans didnt like it.
