how much for a pretty good paint job

My fathers shop will set you back 4-6k depending on the prep but it is high end paint.

I'm going to need a re-spray in a year or so myself. I am getting some paint flaking around the wheel well lip and creases of my hood and top of fenders near hood. I'll have them touched up from a friend I met while selling cars but thats not a permanent fix.

My car is a 50 footer right now Time for a serious detail.

I got my fenders shaved, some dents taken out, and the entire car painted for $1,500

To repaint my roof (not the side sail panels just the center section) and side mirrors $857. Had some rust removed but it was the removal of the windshield (front and rear) that jacked up the cost. If the glass broke (I got lucky since they normally break) the price would have been over $1000. This is Crystal White at that.
Edit: Subtract $145 to the above, forgot I had the cowl replaced.

to get the tangerine resprayed, i was quoted 1500. But my dads friend does this and cuts me some slack. Plus ill be helping in the shop getting it ready....

yeah i got a full color change and had a friend do it and it cost me about 1800 or so
