You can never change your oil to much. I try to change mine at between 2,500-3,000 miles. I use motorcraft filters.

I chance mine every 3-4K miles with Mobil 1 synthetic.

Mobil 1 synthetic oil, and I tried the K&N filter this last change. I am going to go with the Mobil 1 filter this time, and that is every 3 months for oil change, as I don't drive the car that much anymore. Bad deer around here.

I use a k&n Filter but if they didn't make those Fram is a good choice. for my oil I stick with vavoline synthetic blend
