You can just eyeball them, put your car against a wall and adjust them. Not sure how that ford tool works

the adjuster screws on the back guys. When you take out the head light they have the long rods that go in to a plastic block which then goes to the header panel. You sometimes have 2 or 3 depending on the style of the car, and you get all your head light adjustment out of that.

If your going to hack it and do it on a wall make sure your about 10 feet or better away, that way you can see what its going to look like as your driving down the road, if your too close it wont show if its going up or down after x amount fo feet.

Here are 3 easy steps.

Step 1: remove outer most clip holding the plastic radiator cover on. once the clip is removed the end should flip up.

Step 2: remove corner light by removing the nut.

Step 3: grab a phillips screwdriver and adjust the top screw in till the lights line up.

duff your way is better, no need to remove the corner lights it just takes a very small( unsure of size at moment) socket and you can adjust it with a small 1/4" drive. takes 2 minutes tops
