how to fix paint and align fenders?

I got 2 things to ask mainly for the body guys, i know kb knows what he's talking about

I got my paint stuff fixed the first time by asking kb but I still have 2 more places where the paint is pretty unnoticeable but is messed up and rough i don't have pics once again, but i will in a little bit.

but the other thing is that ever since the accident my fender and hood have been misaligned, like the hood sits lower then the fender when going down the top and the fender body lines don't match up with the door body lines it's off by like 1/32 of an inch.. Would i be able to correct this even with my sort of limited knowledge? and be able to do it without taking like the whole front clip off?

there are little rubber bumpers under your hood that can be adjusted up or down. also, if you just loosed (1 turn loose is all you need) every fender bolt (engine compartment, inbetween door hindge) you can move the fender pretty much where you want it

are the only bolt in the door jambs and engine compartment? and yeah i know you guys'll need some pics for the paint thing i'm talking about. it's raining today and snowing tonight and tomorrow and the stang is gonna be outside all cold and lonely i might be able to gather some pics up tomorow to show you what i'm talking about, i'll try to find some reference pics for what it is i'm talking about

there may be a bolt or 2 at the bottom of the fender, i know older stangs have them there
