What method should I use? I have 2.5 Flowmaster tips, which are kinda dirty, and I see Trey polished his, and I want to do the same to mine. Any tips?
those scotchbrite pads then some metal polish...the scotch brite mads work wicked on the stock polished tips (non chrome).
Yea I was just thinking that. Well the stang is getting inspected right now, so when she gets back I'll give it a try. Thanks guys
After I get mine all cleaned off I use the mothers billet metal polish with a cloth. Seems to work pretty well.
Well Im washing her off right now, just checking the forums cause Im addicted to them : but yea Im gonna try some steel wool also.
i bet.... lol i have some steel wool lying around too.. may give that a shot because they aren't as bright as i wanted them to be.
flitz would've made them look better... sorry i missed your post. made the factory pipe on my 98 isuzu rodeo look chrome :thumb:
I did it with them on. I would have to take the whole catback off since I have the tips that come orignally on the flow 40s catback
