im pretty sure it covers the existing holes from the factory spoiler.

It fits the GT spoiler holes but not the Crab claw spoiler holes, and I don't want to drill holes in my trunk lid. Also I need the other trunk lid so I can keep a 3rd brake light.

Well, it barely fits my GT trunk. Tomorrow I'm going to drill new holes, about 1/2 inch back from where they are so the wing will fit right. This is an authentic wing, but it's a PITA to put on.

That's the difference between the Saleen wing and the Kaenen wing, fitment and quality.

what year is your car? you have the older ones like on the 95's and whatever other year?

I have a '95. It's not so much the year as it is the 94/95 Cobra spoiler, it uses a different bolt pattern than the GT wing.
